The Game
Knights And Squires is a modern take on a centuries-old castle-siege board game. Command an army across a battlefield shaped by two facing castles (ten pawns and four knights in a Classic game), and out-maneuver your rival one calculated move at a time.
Slide into empty ground, canter over your own pieces to leap ahead, or jump an enemy to capture it outright. Knights don't stop at one hop. Chain canters and jumps together in a single turn for a multi-piece strike your opponent won't see coming until it's too late.
There are two roads to victory: grind down the enemy army until nothing is left standing, or storm the gates. In a Classic game that means getting two of your pieces onto both of their castle tiles at once; in a Skirmish or Melee game a single piece through the gate wins. Every match rewards patience as much as the occasional reckless dash for glory.

Chain Your Knights
Canter and jump in a single fluid turn. A well-timed chain can sweep half an army off the board before your opponent gets a say in it.
Two Roads to Victory
Eliminate every enemy piece, or storm the castle: two pieces onto both enemy castle tiles in a Classic game, or just one piece in Skirmish and Melee. Every game rewards both grinding strategy and bold opportunism.

Challenge a friend online with a shareable game code, pass the device around in hotseat, or test your mettle against the AI.
Classic & Skirmish Duels
Short on time? Skirmish is a quick duel on a compact board with smaller armies and a single-square castle. Want the full campaign? Classic gives you the whole battlefield.
Melee & Grand: 4-Player Teams
Gather three friends and split into two teams. Melee is a fast brawl on a small diamond; Grand is the full four-army clash on the great cross, twice the knights, twice the treachery.
